My name is Danielle Cummings and I am a group fitness instructor promoting a "Fun and Fit" lifestyle. I feel it is important to incorporate fitness into your life, and to enjoy what you are doing. Finding what type of fitness you enjoy doing can be the hardest part. I like a variety of activities, aerobics is one of them. I am currently certified to teach Turbo Kick® and I have a general Group Fitness Certification through ACE.
